Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before shipment or before production begins. If the cancellation is made at that stage, a full refund can usually be arranged. Once the goods have been shipped or production has been scheduled, the order generally cannot be cancelled.
Return Conditions 1. Returned items must remain in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. 2. Items marked as non-returnable and any free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange. 3. If the issue is caused by our side, such as wrong or damaged goods, return and refund handling can be arranged accordingly. If the return is for personal reasons, the shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. 4. A return request must be approved before the parcel is sent back. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted. 5. Once the returned parcel is confirmed in transit, the refund is usually processed within 2-5 working days.
