Order handling, shipping, tracking, and delivery

Order Processing Please confirm the model, shade, and quantity before placing the order. Once an order enters the system, it usually cannot be changed or cancelled. In most cases, orders are processed within 2-5 working days and shipped on the next working day after processing. During holidays or peak periods, extra handling time may be required.

Shipping Confirmation Once the order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation by email so you can follow the delivery progress.

Tracking As the recipient, you are responsible for following the shipment status and responding to any request from customs or the carrier in time. If a parcel is returned or delivery fails because the required follow-up was not completed, the related cost cannot be absorbed on our side and a new order may be needed.

Delivery International delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, additional document requests, or local delivery arrangements. In some regions, parcels are handed over to the local postal service or courier for final delivery. If no one is available at the address, a collection notice may be left according to local practice.

Taxes and Duties Import tax, customs duty, and related clearance fees may be charged when the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs and Regulations Please check your local postal and customs restrictions before placing the order. We are not responsible for goods that cannot be cleared or delivered because of destination-country regulations.

Cancellation or Changes If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered warehouse handling, been packed, or already shipped, it usually cannot be changed or cancelled.
